Every Terra Firma project follows a clear, structured, four-phase process from initial planning through final walk-thru and approval. Our process ensures quality, transparency, and careful coordination at every stage of your project.

Phase 1
Scope & Design
We begin by understanding your vision and evaluating the structural, site, and systems requirement to define the project scope and initial construction cost estimate.
