Michael Gesenhues joined Terra Firma Construction in 2025, as a Master Carpenter.
Born in Fort Thomas Kentucky, Michael has lived in Lexington since 2002 and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s College of Agriculture.
Michael has extensive experience and skills in all stages of residential renovation, historic restoration, and new construction work. He is devoted to executing even the smallest details in his carpentry work—making his craft of the highest beauty, quality and performance.
Michael has worked for reputable contractors and clients in the Bluegrass for the last twenty years. His specialties include finish carpentry and architectural detailing, and Terra Firma is most grateful for artistry and talents.
