A lovely historic ranch residence with modern accents nestled in Lexington’s iconic Barrow Road neighborhood. The home is a perfect expression and balance of Central Kentucky mid-century architecture and contemporary elements.

Acting as general contractor in close collaboration with owners Kim and Patterson DeCamp, architect Clive Pohl, and Linda Bratton of Architectural Kitchen & Baths, we transformed this kitchen into an open, yet intimate space ideal for hosting special family gatherings or entertaining friends. By incorporating windows to achieve light and garden views, the kitchen invites the outside in…creating an inspired interior worthy of its unique Bluegrass roots.
