A Queen Anne Victorian attic in downtown Lexington, thoughtfully transformed into a light-filled living space

A historic “Queen Anne” Victorian home in downtown Lexington, we created a reimagined attic for recreation and relaxation.

Working intently with the owners and architect Darren Taylor, we transformed a crowded and dark third-floor space into an open floor-plan filled with light and vaulted ceilings. Compartmentalizing systems and duct work; restoring windows; installing new floors; and completing extensive remodel framing were features of this project.

Completed 2023.
