Seth Corwin joined Terra Firma Construction in 2024 as a Finish Carpenter.
Born in St. Louis Missouri, Seth came to the Bluegrass in 1994 to work on his family’s horse farm. While there, he developed an interest in the building business —working on remodeling, new homes, and historic renovation projects.
In addition to site management, Seth specializes in structural carpentry, framing, infrastructure improvements, and mobilization.
Seth’s professional experience in all things construction, along with his eye for efficiency, organization, and the execution of details makes him instrumental to the success of our Terra Firma crew.
