A Colonial Revival residence designed by renowned architect Warfield Gratz, we completed a full renovation of this circa 1930 historic home in Lexington’s Deepwood neighborhood.
Working intimately with the owners, architect Darren Taylor, and interior designer Susie Gibson, we renovated approximately 5,000 square feet of space for comfortable daily living and entertaining.
Highlights include a new master bedroom and bathroom; custom coffered ceilings, paneling, and trim throughout; a natural wood and soapstone bourbon closet; and mudroom addition.
We made structural repairs; replaced all systems; completed considerable framing, woodwork, and masonry improvements; refurbished and refinished floors; and fixed stormwater drainage issues on site to bring this project to life.
Completed 2025.
