W. Third Street Renovation

A California Craftsman home circa 1907 located in downtown Lexington, we completed a full restoration of this historic three-story residence while re-finishing the attic; remodeling the kitchen; erecting a new elevator shaft, and building a new garage.

Working closely with the owners and architect Darren Taylor, we replaced all systems; made structural repairs; fabricated custom woodwork, paneling and trim; installed extensive remodel framing; and executed comprehensive roof improvements to bring this project to fruition.
