Burke Road Renovation

A Cape Cod residence located in Lexington’s revitalized Meadowthorpe neighborhood, we took this house to “stud” to create a reimagined space with a finished basement, rear porch and kitchen addition, and garage apartment.

Working closely with the owners, architect Baron Gibson, interior designer Susie Gibson, and Linda Bratton of Architectural Kitchens & Baths, features of this build include replacing all systems; considerable remodel framing and dormer construction; refurbished floors; custom wood accents and masonry throughout; and significant stormwater improvements on site.
