A circa 1890 Queen Anne home in downtown Lexington, fully restored and expanded with a new kitchen addition, studio, and garage

A circa 1890 “Queen Anne” Victorian home located in downtown Lexington, we worked closely with the owners and architect Darren Taylor to complete a full renovation of this three-story residence.

A new two-story kitchen and office addition; finished attic with open-floor plan; new studio and garage; and restored chimneys are the highlights of this project. We brought this build to life by replacing all copper gutters; making extensive structural, roof, and window repairs; refurbishing stained-glass and floors throughout; and fabricating a kitchen island from 130 year-old floor joists salvaged from the property.
